Are you asking the right questions?
When you think about the growth of your business, do you know how many clients you need to make it a profitable year?
Do you know your cost per lead? Or the ROI of the marketing you are currently doing?
Most businesses copy other businesses. This is almost as bad as being the best kept secret. If you copy others, how can your potential clients tell how to choose you? What will set you apart, create curiosity?
It starts by asking yourself:
Who do I work with best?
What attributes do they have that make them so great?
What do I value? What do they value?
What do they need to know to work with me?
What are my standards for clients?
Of course there are many more questions that you need to ask before you start attracting the great ones.
This is just a start, but hopefully, it will get the gears in your brain cranking.
