Client had fired their marketing company halfway through the job. They were unhappy that they had no plan and they didn’t like the look of the site or the writing. Additionally, their marketing company never developed any other tools to leverage the power of the site.

Sofia is a company who is not afraid to look different in an industry that tends to copy one another. They provide asset management for women of all ages and additionally provide an education track to help women learn how to understand and manage their financial lives.
At the beginning, we had conversations about how women approach the subject of their money and investments that is different from men. We looked at many competitors of Sofia and noticed what worked and what didn’t. Then we set to designing a site that would not only visually appeal to women but draw them in through creating feelings of safety and curiosity. And wanting to learn.
We retooled the logo, and created a new tagline: Wisdom for Wealth.
Next we took a look at the way women approach their finances differently than men. We found significant differences and used those as the basis of our messaging.
Finally, we developed an overall theme and feeling that connects to the message: You can do this and you are not alone.
We developed tools to mesh with the marketing loop of speaking, email blasts, short courses, audio lessons, audio downloads, and giveaways to drive them to the website.
All tools are scheduled in an editorial calendar with subject matter detailed and timelines provided.
